DIY fix possible

Locate a radiator in your home that has a bleed valve.Hold a cloth under the valve and use a radiator key to open it slightly.Let water drain out until the boiler pressure gauge drops back into the normal green zone (usually between 1 and 1.5 bar), then firmly close the valve.
