Technical description

No heat demand (room thermostat/programmer) or missing link at terminal ST13 pins 1 and 2 or damaged Red diode on control board.

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
