Boiler electr. system fault
What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's main control board loses communication with the internal sensors and components it needs to manage the heating process. The most common reasons are an internal electrical short circuit, loose connection pins on the wiring harness, or a failure of the central processor itself.
Engineer required
This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
