Loss of communication with external control (Alpha Climatic) - Loss of connection between the boiler and Alpha Climatic control unit

DIY fix possible

Check if the batteries in your Alpha Climatic thermostat need replacing.Ensure the thermostat is within range of the boiler and has not been moved too far away.Try resetting the boiler by turning the selector switch to 'RESET' for a few seconds.
