DIY fix possible

Carefully press and release each button on the control panel to see if one feels 'stuck' or doesn't click.Gently wipe the control panel with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove any sticky residue or dirt.Turn the power to the boiler off and back on again at the fused spur switch to reset the electronics.
