The Ariston 1 - IGNITION FAILURE fault code means: your boiler is failing to light the flame properly, so it has purposefully shut down to prevent gas from building up in the unit.. It appears on 3 Ariston models in our database.
Technical description: This control signals an ignition failure on the burner 7 seconds after a lighting failure. The L.E.D. “F” will illuminate to signal the shutdown status.
