Technical description
Pressure sensor fault
What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's internal computer loses reliable communication with the sensor that monitors water pressure. The most common reason is a buildup of system sludge or debris blocking the sensor's opening, though it can also be caused by a loose electrical connection or a failing electronic component within the sensor itself.
Engineer required
This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
