Your boiler has shut down for safety because it either failed to light, sensed it was getting too hot, or detected an issue with how it clears waste gases.

Technical description

The boiler goes into the safety lock-out state (memorizes lock) if the ignition period ends without flame presence, if the safety thermostat opens the circuit, or if the air pressure switch is not at work when it should be.
