Pilot too small, injector blocked; Thermocouple/thermoelectric valve faulty, low MV output; Thermocouple loose; Terminal wrongly positioned causing re-circulation; Flue set wrongly fitted causing re-circulation; Fusible Link fused; Fusible link earthing out; Securing nuts loose; Insulation washers fitted incorrectly; Low meter pressure; Pilot flame too soft.

Engineer required

This is a emergency severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
