Technical description

Boiler shutdown requiring the on/off/reset switch (A) to be turned clockwise against the spring tension to the reset position and released.

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
