Technical description

Burner control box lockout safety feature. Could be caused by: An interruption in the fuel supply; An electrical supply fault; A fault with the burner or its safety control system; The failure of a component (e.g. photo cell); Worn or dirty oil nozzle.

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
