Check your thermostat or programmer to ensure a heating or hot water demand is active.Ensure the boiler is set to 'On' or 'Winter' mode rather than 'Standby' or 'Summer' mode.Restart the boiler by switching it off at the fused spur for 30 seconds and turning it back on.
