Technical description

Indicates flame failure has occurred. Turn the boiler temperature control to '0' (off), wait 30 seconds, then repeat the lighting instructions.

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
