Technical description

The red reset neon will illuminate in the event of the burner failing to light, or when incomplete lighting of the burner occurs.

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
