Remeha red zone Fault Code
Also written as REDZONE — same fault.
The Remeha red zone fault code means: your boiler is failing to light properly because the internal pilot flame is being lost or is too weak to stay on.. It appears on 3 Remeha models in our database.
Technical description: failing or unstable flame of pilot burner
What causes the Remeha red zone fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's control system cannot detect a steady flame at the pilot burner during the ignition sequence. The most common reasons are a worn-out sensor that can no longer 'see' the flame or a buildup of carbon and debris on the burner that prevents a clean, stable light-off.
