Technical description
Interruption flow sensor: check wiring and sensor.
What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's main control system loses contact with the sensor that measures the temperature of water leaving the unit. The most common reason is a physical failure of the internal sensor itself or a loose connection in the wiring that carries the signal. Because the boiler can no longer monitor how hot the water is getting, it shuts down to prevent the system from overheating.
Engineer required
This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
