What causes this fault?

This status occurs when the boiler has finished heating and needs to dissipate residual heat from the internal heat exchanger. The pump continues to run to circulate water through the system, preventing the internal components from overheating or becoming damaged by stagnant hot water. It is a normal safety function and indicates the system is working exactly as it should.
