Technical description
PCB fault.
What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's main control board suffers an internal electronic failure or a loss of communication between its components. It is often caused by standard wear and tear over time, or a sudden electrical surge that damages the sensitive circuitry required to manage the heating cycle.
Engineer required
This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
