Technical description

The burner does not re-ignite if the flow is increased again after the appliance shuts down as the domestic hot water temperature rises above the set level.

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
