Boiler electr. system fault
What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's internal computer system detects a communication failure between the electronic control board and its connected sensors or wiring. It is typically caused by a loose connection in the internal wiring harness or a critical component failure on the printed circuit board itself.
Engineer required
This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
