What causes this fault?

This code occurs when the boiler detects that a new internal component or external hydraulic accessory has been electrically connected but not yet configured in the software. It is essentially the boiler asking for permission to use a new part it has identified on its system. This typically happens during the initial installation or after a control board has been replaced.
