Your boiler has reached the correct water pressure while being topped up and is letting you know the filling process is complete.

DIY fix possible

Locate the filling loop valves (usually chrome handles) under the boiler.Ensure both valves are turned to the fully closed position.Check that the 'STOP' message has cleared and the boiler returns to its normal pressure reading.
