Water pressure is to low (<0,7 bar), flashing FILL will alternate with indication of water pressure, boiler power of 50% is possible. The installation needs to be topped up.

DIY fix possible

Locate the filling loop (usually a silver flexible hose) underneath your boiler.Open the one or two taps/levers on the filling loop until you hear water moving.Watch the pressure gauge on the screen and close the taps once the pressure reaches between 1.2 and 1.5 bar.
