Technical description

Thermostat set too low. Adjust thermostat to a higher temperature (more than 50°C). Incorrect gas rate. Check that gas consumption is correct and adjust pressure if necessary

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
