Technical description

BCC Error/ No flame. Different BCC. BCC and PCB software incompatible, replace BCC (BCC’s only fitted to replacement PCB’s)

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
