Your boiler has detected an issue with the hot water temperature sensor, but it will stay running at a slightly lower temperature to ensure you aren't left without water.

Monitor it

This is a minor fault. Keep an eye on it and mention it at your next annual boiler service. Reset the boiler and see if it clears.

Technical description

If there is a fault on DHW sensor, system continues operation by controlling DHW outlet temperature by flow sensor and CH sensor, which limits the temperature up to 65ºC during DHW operation. Displays on LED screen.

Engineer required

This fault requires a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
