What causes this fault?

This message is not actually a fault, but an internal setting used to manage how the pump circulates water during the installation or maintenance process. It appears when the boiler needs to confirm the minimum speed of the internal pump to ensure water flows efficiently through your radiators. Normally, this occurs after a power cut or when a technician is adjustng the system's efficiency settings.

DIY fix possible

Press the 'RESTART' button to confirm the setting and clear the code from the display.If the code persists, check that the boiler pressure is between 1 and 1.5 bar.If the code returns frequently, contact a Gas Safe engineer to check the pump settings in the installer menu.
