Replace PCB.

What causes this fault?

This fault occurs when the boiler's central control board suffers a hardware failure, often due to an electrical surge or moisture ingress. Over time, heat stress or liquid from a small internal leak can damage the delicate circuitry, leading to a total communication failure between the components.

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
