DIY fix possible

Check all buttons on the front control panel to see if any are physically stuck in the 'in' position.Gently press and release each button to ensure they click and move freely.Wipe the control panel with a dry cloth to remove any sticky residue that might be holding a button down.Restart the boiler once all buttons appear to be released.
