Technical description
Gas valve error
What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's main control board is unable to communicate with or control the gas valve correctly. The most common reason is an internal electronic failure within the valve itself or a fault on the circuit board that prevents it from sending the necessary signals to release gas for ignition.
Engineer required
This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
