Turn off the boiler at its on/off switch and at the fused spur or mains supply, wait 2 minutes, then switch it back on.Check that the Vitocom 100 unit has its power adapter firmly plugged in and that its signal light is showing.Check the Vitocom 100's cable connection to the boiler, but do not open the boiler casing. If the fault returns, contact a Viessmann-approved engineer.
