Active heating/hot water request
What causes this fault?
This is not actually a fault, but a status indicator showing that your boiler is performing its job correctly. It occurs when the thermostat or a hot water tap has sent a signal to the boiler to ignite and begin heating. The solid green light simply confirms that the burner is active and the system is functioning as intended.
You will see this light more frequently during the winter months when your central heating is running for longer periods to keep the house warm.
