Your boiler is currently running at maximum power for a service test and will not respond to your normal thermostat settings until this mode is turned off.

DIY fix possible

Locate the small button marked with a 'chimney sweep' icon or 'test' on the control panel.Press and hold the button for a few seconds until the light stops flashing or the display returns to normal.Check that your heating and hot water controls now respond as usual.
