Technical description

The boiler overheat thermostat has activated. Check if the system is full of water, vented, the pump is operational, or if there is a restriction to water flow.

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
