Technical description

The pellet feed tube (burn back) thermostat has activated. Possible causes include a damaged delivery hose, overflowing ash pan, incorrect combustion chamber draught, blocked condensate trap, or inadequate room ventilation.

Engineer required

This is a emergency severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
