What to check first

  1. Locate the filling loop (a silver flexi-hose with valves) underneath the boiler or nearby pipework.
  2. Open the valves slowly to allow mains water into the system while watching the pressure gauge on the front of the boiler.
  3. Stop filling once the needle reaches 1.5 bar on the gauge and ensure both valves are firmly closed.
