DIY fix possible

Check that all your radiator valves are fully open to allow water to circulate freely.Check the boiler pressure gauge on the front display and top it up to around 1.0 to 1.5 bar using the filling loop if it is too low.Bleed your radiators to release any trapped air that might be blocking the water flow.
