What to check first
- Switch off the boiler at its power isolator and wait five minutes.
- Check that the cylinder sensor lead is firmly plugged in at both ends and not visibly damaged or pinched.
- Switch the power back on, press the reset button on the boiler, and see whether the code returns. If it does, call a Gas Safe registered engineer.
