Check your smart thermostat or external timer settings to ensure no 'Away' or 'Holiday' mode is active.Verify that any external wiring control device is powered on and communicating correctly with the boiler.Try power cycling the boiler by turning it off at the fused spur for 60 seconds and turning it back on.
