What causes this fault?

This fault occurs when the boiler's reset button is pressed unintentionally or held down for longer than 30 seconds. The internal control system detects this long press as an error and shuts the boiler down as a safety precaution. It is often triggered by someone trying to clear a previous fault or accidentally leaning against the control panel.

DIY fix possible

Wait for the boiler to complete its automatic restart cycle.Do not touch any buttons or controls.The display should return to showing the current water temperature within a few minutes.
