What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's internal computer system experiences a temporary glitch in communication between its electronic components. It is most commonly caused by a minor electrical interference or a momentary loss of data signal, which prompts the boiler to automatically reset to ensure everything is working correctly.
DIY fix possible
Wait up to 15 minutes for the boiler to complete its automatic restart sequenceIf the code remains, turn the mode selector switch to the 'OFF/RESET' positionWait 10 seconds, then return the switch to the 'ON' or 'WINTER' positionEnsure any external controls or thermostats are calling for heat
