265 on Worcester Bosch Greenstar 12i System

Your boiler is temporarily pausing because your heating system is requesting less heat than the boiler is physically capable of producing at its lowest setting.

Monitor it

This is a minor fault. Keep an eye on it and mention it at your next annual boiler service. Reset the boiler and see if it clears.

Technical description

The appliance is compensating for the power required from the EMS room controller and is less than the minimum output of the boiler (only available when using EMS intelligent controls with the optional integral diverter valve kit).

DIY fix possible

Check your room thermostat settings to ensure they are not set too low compared to the current ambient temperatureEnsure your radiator valves are open to allow more heat to circulateTurn the heating off for 10 minutes and restart the system to reset the intelligent controller
