Technical description

No ionisation detected after ignition No flame is detected. The boiler will block during 4 attempts before going to Locking fault.

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
